The house is a modern 3000 square-foot, three bedroom suite oceanfront home built in 2009 featuring high ceilings, spacious rooms cooled by house A/C, new real Big Island mango wood floors, and sweeping, epic south-facing views. The ocean's currents run across the home's expansive view of Laie Bay, mesmerizing any time of day and in any type of weather. Most importantly, a wonderfully private local beach with calm surf and soft sand is only a five minute walk down the street. 

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, more (up to 8) is by request only. Please no children under 12. This house is my dreamhome and it is kept in good order with many ameneties. I live here but rent it out when I travel to help with expenses.
